Last year when Matt played BAG, he was a sensation. Powerful vocals backed by seriously accomplished guitar accompaniement, Matt Andersen is a mightily impressive performer. His current album 'Coal Mining Blues' has received much praise, and I can add mine to it: It's superb! Still relatively unknown in Ireland, Matt Andersen is a big deal in his native Canada, playing larger theatres and auditoriums and selling them out.
